Single Jersey Mayer & Cie. manufacture Single Jersey machines for 4-Track Jersey, Plush, Fleece, Bodysize and Vertical Wrap Stripe. Every model in the range is manufactured to a very high standard ensuring smooth efficient running with the ability for quick quality and fabric structure changes. Machines are also able to be fitted with open width take-down ensuring the centre crease free Lycra® fabric. |
Double Jersey In order to satisfy customer demand Mayer & Cie. manufacture Rib, Interlock, 8-Lock and Interib machines, with varying number of feeders - from 1 to 3 feeds per diametrical inch. Machines can be fitted with 1 to 4 tracks in the cylinder and 1 to 2 tracks in the dial. Large diameter machines are fitted with 3 drive shafts ensuring concentric running at all times. |
